1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rever, a project and sprint management platform operated by Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Rever”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Roles and Permissions

Rever provides role-based access, including Super Admin, Company Admin, and Team Member roles at the organization level, and Owner, Manager, and Member roles at the project level. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to users within their account and for all actions taken by users they invite.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Rever is offered under Free, Premium, and Enterprise plans as described on our pricing page. Premium and Enterprise plans are billed on a per-user, monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malicious code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data of others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the projects, tasks, files, and other content you upload or create in Rever (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Rever may integrate with third-party services such as Google Drive and AWS S3. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and branding, is owned by Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Shipping Policy

Rever is a cloud-based software service delivered entirely online. We do not ship any physical goods. Upon successful payment, access to your purchased plan (Free, Premium, or Enterprise) is provisioned to your account instantly, or in the case of Enterprise plans, within the timeframe communicated by our sales team. No physical delivery, courier, or shipping charges apply to any purchase made on Rever.

16. Cancellation & Refund Policy

REVER does not offer cancellation or refunds once the service is purchased or the account is deleted, under any circumstances.
