You create a sprint under a project, assign tasks with priorities, assignees, and due dates, then track their status through defined workflows (e.g. Open → In Progress → In Review → Completed). Sprint velocity and completion rates are tracked automatically.
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 5 members with unlimited projects and sprints, up to 1,000 tasks, and Drive storage — no credit card required. When you're ready to scale, upgrade to Premium.
